Made of genuine Connemara Marble found only in the Connemara Mountains in the West of Ireland. These beads reflect the many shades of green in the Irish countryside, and dates back 900 million years.

These Rosary Beads, hand-made in Dublin from marble cut at the quarry in Co. Galway, are part of a long tradition in Irish Rosary Beads. The first Irish Rosaries were made by monks of the great settlements like Cashel, Clonmacnoise and Glendalough. Their strength in particular put them much in demand in medieval Europe, where the rosary was a widely observed meditation and personal link with the Creator. These beads continue the tradition of combining natural beauty with practical strength.

Carry them with you and tranquility will never be far away. Just as no two beads are the same in color, no two rosaries are the same in shades of green. Some beads have brown shades and some even have shades of gray. This Rosary measures 26″ long when measuring from the Celtic Crucifix down, with the Celtic Crucifix measuring 1.5″ long. The Centerpiece is a medal of Saint Patrick with the words ‘Saint Patrick Pray for Us’ with a little shamrock top & bottom. Boxed as pictured.
