They are hand cooked in small batches using the finest quality sunflower oil and seasoned with ingredients sourced from local Irish suppliers. THe cider used is from Llewellyn’s Irish Cider Vinegar made with local Irish apples which are not filtered but naturally allowed to clear with time. Locally produced in Lusk, Co. Dublin by David Llewellyn himself, its rich amber colour and excellent flavor creates the delicious tangy taste of our Atlantic Sea Salt and Irish Cider Vinegar Potato Crisps. We now add an extra dash of Cider Vinegar for good measure!
Ingredients: Potatoes (65%), Sunflower Oil, Rice Flour, Irish Atlantic Sea Salt, Sugar, Dried Llewellyns Irish Cider Vinegar, Sea Salt, Natural Flavouring, Acidity Regulators (Citric Acid, Malic Acid), Dried Spirit Vinegar, Dried Balsamic Vinegar (Red Wine Vinegar, Grape Must), Yeast Extract.
