Returns & Exchanges – We’ve Got You!

Not quite what you expected? No worries! You have 14 days to return or exchange your item. Choose from:

• A different product – maybe there’s another gem calling your name.
• Store credit – save it for your next Celtic find.
• A refund – back to your original payment method (minus the original shipping cost).

A few things to keep in mind:

• Final Sale Items: Food and discounted items can’t be returned (trust us, you wouldn’t want someone else’s half-eaten chocolate).
• Condition Matters: Items must be unused, with tags attached and in original packaging to qualify for a return.
• Return Shipping: Customers cover return shipping costs, but if you’re exchanging, we’ll ship your new item for free.
